The Story Behind
The Course
The Half-Up Half-Down style gained tremendous popularity in late 2020, and I knew it was the perfect opportunity to bring together the techniques I had already been teaching in a fresh, exciting way.
What made this style special was its combination of something familiar and something new. It blended the foundation and hair manipulation techniques from my signature ponytail education with professional weaving techniques to create one of the beauty industry's most requested extension styles.
By this point, Sharp Beauty University had grown to include The Perfect Ponytail, The Infamous High Ponytail, Side Part on the Ponytail, and Infinity Ponytail Braid. With the addition of the Half-Up Half-Down, the vision for the Ponytail Queen Mastermind became a reality bringing these signature techniques together into one comprehensive educational experience.
